PAYMENT

We accept Credit Card payments via Paypal, Bank Deposit, and Smart Money.

For offline payments, instructions will be sent after checkout. Your order will be reserved for you for 2 business days. As soon as your payment is made, email us proof of payment and we'll have your order shipped! Need a reservation extension? Just message us here

SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days business days after payment. No shipping on holidays or weekends.

We ship to most countries worldwide. For Philippine addresses, transit time is 1-3 days. For international addresses, we ship Postal (7-15 business days) and Express (3-7 business days).

All items ship from Manila, Philippines. We will not be responsible for any late shipments due to transit delays, or lost / misplaced items. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items are carefully inspected prior to shipping. We will allow returns on occasions that:

  • The item received was gravely misrepresented with regard to the description/measurements given.

  • The item is defective (overlooked prior to shipping).

In these cases, email us at info@shopsune.com or message us here within 5 days of receipt of your order. Item/s must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and original packaging. We will not be responsible for any return shipping costs, any taxes incurred or lost/stolen returns. 

Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.  

All sales are final on sale items, underwear, swimwear, and books.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

The merchandise available on shopsune.com is subject to change. Despite our efforts in synchronizing website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will refund your payment and automatically inform you after your order has been placed. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

If an item gets a price reduction/goes on sale within 7 days after purchase, you may contact us for a price adjustment here  or email us at @info@shopsune.com. We will either refund your payment, or you may get Store Credit for your next purchase. 

Price adjustments cannot be applied to further reduced Sale items. 

PRIVACY POLICY 

All the information you share with us will be kept private, and will only be used for order verification, marketing, and the like.
